INTEGRATIVE SLEEP MENTORING
A groundbreaking approach on infant sleep.
Sleep consulting that goes beyond the obvious, for parents and caregivers who wonder how to help their baby sleep well without having to let them cry .
Learn how to manage anxiety surrounding children's sleep, promoting quality sleep for the whole family in a light, welcoming, and gentle way, without resorting to sleep training methods.
Did you know that it's not just routine that influences children's sleep? There are several other factors—often overlooked—that can be behind difficult nights. With an integrative approach, you learn to consider them all: the neurological (maturity and readiness), the emotional (bonding, co-regulation, and anxiety), the physical/physiological (biological rhythm, diet, discomfort, and environment), and the behavioral (sleep habits and hygiene).
When caregivers (parents, grandparents, nannies) apply this method, they are able to create a more suitable and predictable daytime rhythm and moments of connection, bringing more security to the child—in addition to understanding needs that go beyond the "obvious." In practice, this usually translates into more consistent naps, fewer nighttime awakenings, and a family emerging from sleep deprivation. The result is greater well-being for everyone, with a more regulated, healthy child who has the space to develop well.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Parents and caregivers who struggle with frequent awakenings, chaotic naps, resistance to sleep, maternal anxiety, lack of support network, sensitive baby/child, etc., and need help understanding the signals their child is giving in a respectful and responsive way.
For whom is it not?
Families looking for a "magic/quick fix" that solves the problem at any cost, or seeking a guarantee of their child's sleep independence at the end of the consultation.

Still deciding if this program is right for your family?
Are doing your best every day but can't understand why your child isn't getting quality sleep?
Find yourself comparing your child to others who sleep soundly without any effort, and feel that something is wrong with you or with your child?
Have already purchased several sleep courses but can't apply anything that was taught, or can't even attend the classes due to lack of time?
Have heard that everything is "normal and will pass" and you feel frustrated because you don't just want to "survive" motherhood, but rather enjoy this very special phase?
Don't have a support network or live outside of Brazil and don't even know where to begin on your own?
Are you experiencing extreme sleep deprivation and can't see how to get out of it?
If you answered YES to one or more of these questions, I have good news:
You're in the RIGHT place!
The truth is, you need a specialized perspective on what's happening inside your home. You need support and someone to take your hand and go with you!

How can I help your child sleep better?
Let's start by clarifying that I am not a regular sleep consultant or therapist. I am an integrative educator of infant sleep and family well-being.
I will be your safe place to talk to someone about how exhausting and difficult motherhood can be at times.
I will be your guide so that you can see your child for who they truly are.
I'm here so you can feel empowered by your own maternal instinct.
I'm here to help you understand that you don't need to search for a million answers about sleep, because you'll discover that YOU are always the best answer.
I want to help you synchronize with your baby so you can understand what's working for both of you and what isn't. I'll show you that this can be a natural skill, while prioritizing connection and secure attachment.
What is my promise?
My differential: during our consultation, I will never suggest sleep training techniques or any approach that encourages forced separation. Instead, I will teach you how to support your child to sleep better without training, with a foundation built on closeness, love, and connection—protecting your relationship above all else, teaching you to embrace their emotions safely and respectfully, without guilt or pressure.
I promise I'll never give you a generic plan or a "recipe for success." Together, we'll build a personalized path, with real adjustments for your routine—a plan that makes sense in practice and that your heart can trust.
I promise never to look at sleep solely from a behavioral perspective. I investigate the root of what is hindering rest with an integrative approach: neurological, emotional, and physical/physiological factors, in addition to the family context.
I promise I will never judge you or silence your voice. You are the most important person in your child's life — and I will be part of your support network so that you can go through this process with more clarity, well-being, and confidence, without putting your needs last.
Most importantly, I promise never to force anything that you or your child would feel uncomfortable with. Instead, I will guide you in recognizing that sleep is a vulnerable state and that we can help your child by meeting all their needs, including the need for closeness and connection.

ABOUT ME
Fernanda Ades
Integrative Pediatric Sleep Educator and Parent Coaching
Motherhood has brought me so much — including the mission of sharing knowledge and supporting other families with up-to-date and reliable scientific information about infant sleep. I help parents build a lighter and healthier relationship with sleep, with acceptance, respect, and connection.
In 2022, I graduated as an Integrative Childhood and Parenting Educator and in Integrative Infant Sleep from the renowned Family Wellness Institute (now part of the Children Sleep Foundation), of which I am affiliated and where I also work as a mentor in new classes.
I dedicate myself every day to being a highly skilled professional, able to support mothers and families with care and clarity, even in the most delicate cases.
I have lived in New York for 10 years and work with families from all over the world; the experience of mothering abroad without a support network gives me an even more empathetic and practical perspective to support mothers who are also overseas, as well as helping them understand the cultural differences, myths, and social pressures that cause anxiety for many families.
